What is a Breakthrough Session?
A Breakthrough session is an intensive 1-2 days of coaching which will focus you on finding out exactly what you want from your life and help you gear up to enable you to achieve your goal!
If you are the kind of person who expects high standards, does not have time for long programmes and who wants quick results, lasting change and to make big shifts instantly. Then this is for you!
In order for this process to take place, we will work with you to clear all of the barriers which are in place, that you may not consciously be aware of, such as not being good enough, fear of failure, fear of success, lack of self belief or just plain confused about which path to take in your career or personal life, or, even not really knowing what you want from your life. This is not a problem as part of the process of a breakthrough session is discovering the life you DO want.
Dependant on your requirements, within the Breakthrough session, we can work on gaining self confidence and self esteem, improving decision making, helping you to manage changes, improve performance and efficiency at work. Improving personal and professional relationships, managing stress and anger, removing negativity from the past and setting a positive direction forward in life as well as many other changes.
A personal breakthrough session is tailored specifically for you and is therefore a unique personal development session. You can choose to have your breakthrough session on any of the following areas of you life. Work, relationships, family, health and fitness, personal development, spirituality.
Your 2 day breakthrough consists of…
Day one: Identifying the changes to be made and root causes
You will be made aware of the whole Breakthrough process so you know what the days will consist of and so that you are comfortable with the process.
You will be asked thorough questions which will lead us to the primary root concerns
Your future goals will be established and written
You will go through various processes to elicit information on your values, limiting decisions, negative beliefs, negative emotions and inner conflicts.
Introduction to Time Line Therapy and its uses
Day two: The interventions
Removing negative emotions and limiting decisions you have made around your beliefs
Integration and resolution of inner conflicts
Various interventions such as parts integration or chained anchors tailored to your specific needs
Shifting values appropriate to change
Re elicit the values inventory in order to asses the shift in your thinking
Hypnosis to embed new behaviours and for deep relaxation
Set future goals in your Time Line
The session equips you with the tools and techniques to let go of negative emotional baggage and limiting beliefs about yourself which have held you back from achieving your true potential.

Therefore all the work I do is guaranteed to ensure you get the results you want, if you follow instructions. This means that you receive my ongoing support within an agreed timeframe; without further charge. In return you will attend all sessions and carry out set tasks completely and fully.
Frequently asked questions
Is it similar to other therapies or counselling?
NLP, Time Line Analysis and Hypnosis are concerned with the cognitive processes of the brain that cause us to remain in a ‘stuck’ state. By altering these thought processes, behavior rapidly and successfully changes with lasting results; easily and comfortably. Therapy and counseling tend to focus on the problem itself which can be a lengthy process, and also can also cause emotional suffering.
Do I have to do anything else besides attend the session?
Yes you do! You will be asked to complete various tasks before and after your breakthrough session.
How successful is the process?
The level of success is entirely dependent on your commitment, determination and your belief in your ability to change. Outstanding results have been achieved.
How long does it take?
The duration of this process is two full days. You will start at 9.30 am through to completion of each process. This programme can be late in finishing and will require an overnight stay. The Breakthrough Session package includes the cost of your accommodation and meals over the 2 days.
